FFIEC and CFPB HMDA
The site uses official Data Browser CSV subsets of the 2024 and 2025 snapshots for Delaware, Rhode Island, Vermont and Wyoming, restricted to originated or denied applications before further eligibility filters. Public HMDA government data is free to use. Exact URLs and checksums accompany the committed source files.
Rate benchmark
The average prime offer rate is the benchmark used in HMDA rate spread reporting. It is not the Federal Reserve policy rate.

Lender names
The HMDA Reporter Panel is no longer produced. Lender identities are loaded from the official Data Browser filer endpoint, keyed by LEI. Slugs remain stable when a legal name changes.
